Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 16 July 2026 — please read these terms carefully before applying.
1. Who we are
InternPulse Limited ("InternPulse", "we", "us") is an online tech education and internship placement company operating from Nigeria and serving participants internationally.
Through the platform we offer two things: structured courses that include a work-experience internship, and standalone work-experience internships for people who already have foundational skills. These Terms apply whenever you use our website, apply for a programme, or take part in one.
2. Eligibility & applications
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you apply. Misrepresenting your experience, identity, or eligibility may result in your application being declined or your place withdrawn.
Standalone internships require foundational prior experience in the relevant track — from a previous course, bootcamp, or self-directed study. Courses are open to complete beginners.
A place is only confirmed once payment is successfully completed. Cohorts have limited seats and are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely via Paystack. Paystack is the only accepted payment method on the platform.
Fees cover training and placement, your verifiable certificate, access to the InternPulse talent network, and included masterclasses. Any additional services will be described and priced separately before you commit.
Scholarship applications are assessed separately on merit and need. Applying for a scholarship does not guarantee an award, and scholarship decisions are final.
4. Program participation
Programmes run on a weekly-task and sprint-promotion model. You'll be given clear weekly deliverables and reviewed at the end of each sprint. Consistently strong work can move you up into higher-responsibility roles inside your team.
We expect roughly 10–15 focused hours per week, attendance at your weekly team sync, and professional, respectful conduct with mentors and peers at all times.
Extended inactivity, missed sprint reviews without notice, plagiarism, harassment, or other misconduct may result in a formal warning, removal from your team, or termination from the programme without refund.
5. Intellectual property & your work
You own the work you create during and after the programme. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your projects, code, designs, writing, or research to InternPulse.
InternPulse may showcase project outcomes — with credit to you — on our website, social channels, and in marketing to future cohorts and hiring partners. If you'd prefer we didn't feature a specific project, tell us in writing and we'll respect that.
6. Certificates & recommendations
On successful completion of a programme you'll receive a verifiable certificate with a unique ID, checkable on our Verify page.
Recommendation letters are issued on merit and on request. Your mentor's honest assessment of your work is the basis for any letter we write.
7. No employment guarantee
Graduates gain access to the InternPulse talent network and are actively recommended to employers in our partner network. However, employment outcomes depend on many factors outside our control — including market conditions, employer decisions, and your own applications and interviews — and are not guaranteed by InternPulse.
8. Limitation of liability
The platform and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, InternPulse is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform or participation in a programme, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Privacy
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect and how we use it.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Nigerian courts.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
